Pan Seared Peaches x Vanilla Yogurt
Trust me, you want to try this!
The simplest afternoon snack.
Ingredients
- vanilla yogurt
- peaches
- honey or maple syrup
- fresh thyme
- lemon juice
Directions
- Slice the peaches in half around the pit then pull apart from the pit and then cut each into halves
- In a bowl, mix the peaches with honey, lemon and thyme and leave to sit for about 7 minutes in the fridge
- Preheat the pan
- Place the peaches on the hot pan and sear them 30 until caramelized and tender.
- Once done remove and allow them to cool and then serve over the yogurt with a drizzle of the pan juices.
