Garlic Bread

Admit it, there are a few things quite as sinful and as delicious as garlic bread.

Warm toastie bread slathered evenly with butter and crunchy garlic bits melting away in the corners of your mouth. Bringing to life every pleasurable memory you’ve ever carried. And just like that, you’re floating on fluffy clouds reminiscing 😋

Recipe
• Salted butter
• A bulb of garlic
• Fresh dhania/coriander, finely chopped
• Olive oil
• @carrefourkenya already delicious samoons 😋

Directions
• preheat your oven to about 180
• sprinkle salt and olive oil over the garlic bulb and roast for about 30 minutes
• into a bowl, squeeze the garlic, add butter and mash until you get a nice pasty mixture. Then add the dhania
• slice the samoons into your desired cut then evenly slather the buttery mixture over the bread
• back into the oven at 180 for 15 minutes (or until toasted)
• serve warm
