Coriander Oil
This simple 3 ingredient oil will help you infuse flavour into even your most basic dishes!
This oil is a delicious accent for soups, stews, bread, stir fries, meat marinade or even salad dressing.
You’ll need
- olive oil or vegetable oil
- 1 cup of chopped coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Place the oil, cilantro and salt in the base of a food processor or blender and puree thoroughly.
- Into a blender, add in the oil, coriander and salt and puree until smooth
- Strain using a metal sieve or muslin and discard the puree
- Refrigerate up to 4 days or freeze in ice cube tray for up to 3 weeks – Any infused oil that contains raw ingredients has a limited shelf life of 4-5 days tops, and must be refrigerated
