Pan Seared Peaches x Vanilla Yogurt

The simplest afternoon snack.

Ingredients

  • vanilla yogurt
  • peaches
  • honey or maple syrup
  • fresh thyme
  • lemon juice

Directions

  • Slice the peaches in half around the pit then pull apart from the pit and then cut each into halves
  • In a bowl, mix the peaches with honey, lemon and thyme and leave to sit for about 7 minutes in the fridge
  • Preheat the pan
  • Place the peaches on the hot pan and sear them 30 until caramelized and tender.
  • Once done remove and allow them to cool and then serve over the yogurt with a drizzle of the pan juices.
